The automatic palletizer for block pallets separation is an automated device that integrates the functions of brick-pallet separation and palletizing. Its working principle can be divided into the following core steps:

I. Brick-plate separation stage

Input and lifting plate

The block pallets is fed into the equipment through a conveying system (such as a plate feeder and a plate lifter), and the plate lifter lifts the pallet with bricks to the separation station.

Push plate separation

The push plate machine separates the bricks from the pallet through mechanical thrust, and the pallet is circulated to the plate lowering machine for recycling, while the bricks remain in the separation station for subsequent processing3.

Rotation positioning

The separated blocks may be adjusted in direction through a rotating table to meet the arrangement requirements of bricks of different specifications, and the position deviation is detected by sensors.

II. Automatic palletizing stage

Layering arrangement

The equipment arranges the bricks in layers according to preset programs (such as cross stacking), and ensures that each layer of bricks is aligned through laser sensing and intelligent sensors. For example, 76 standard bricks can be arranged in one layer, and 50 bread bricks can be arranged in one layer3.

Fork hole generation

During the palletizing process, the system automatically generates forklift holes for subsequent handling3.

High-position palletizing

Gantry-type high-position palletizer stacks the sorted brick layers layer by layer to a set height (such as 1400mm) and completes precise positioning through hydraulic or mechanical arms.

3. Control system and key technologies

Intelligent control

Adopt PLC+touch screen control system to monitor the equipment operation status in real time, support parameter adjustment (such as stacking height, number of layers) and fault alarm.

Power and sensor

Inverter controls the motor lifting speed to achieve acceleration/deceleration time and precise braking (such as Goodrive200A inverter).

Servo motor drives the equipment to move quickly between workstations, and cooperates with sensors (such as laser sensors) to detect the position of bricks.

Remote management

Supports cloud data monitoring and remote maintenance, equipment manufacturers can diagnose problems in real time and optimize operating parameters.

Efficient operation: single-layer palletizing cycle is about 13-15 seconds, and the shift output can reach 150,000 pieces (standard bricks)3.

High degree of automation: only 4 people are required to operate (forklift, packaging, startup), reducing manual intervention3.
