The whole system adopts PLC+touch screen control and cooperates with intelligent sensors to realize unmanned automatic operation. In case of failure it will automatically stop and alarm and display the location of the failure. It is easy to troubleshoot without professional technicians. The operation of the equipment is controlled separately by electricity gas and liquid. Interference and coherent action one layer can be coded in about 16s and the number of bricks in a shift is about 2000 boards. The matching forklift clamp can realize pallet-free transfer and loading.
