Equipment introduction

HG-1200A brick palletizing machine production line is suitable for the dry product palletizing of the simple block production line. It belongs to the semi-automatic palletizing production line. In general it is installed independently near the product maintenance yard. For the on-site palletizing of the cured products it can also be connected in series. In the block production line online palletizing is implemented.

This automatic palletizing system can separate the blocks of different specifications produced by different models of brick machines from the brick boards arrange the blocks and finally arrange them into square stacks of 1 0 0 0 -1200 (mm) for stacking (standard solid brick one-time stacking height Up to 12 layers) after the bricks can be wrapped with stretch film. With the forklift clamp it can be directly carried to the site for stacking without pallets and the stacking height can hold 3 spiders.

The whole system is controlled by PLC+touch screen and only one person is required to operate it. The daily yardage is about 3800 pieces. Can greatly save labor costs.
